Our Commitment to Accessibility
We believe that fine jewelry is a personal language — a way of marking moments, holding memories, and expressing love. That language should be available to every person who wishes to speak it. We are committed to creating digital and physical experiences that welcome customers of all abilities, and to treating accessibility not as a feature added at the end, but as a value woven into how we design, write, build, and serve.
This statement describes the steps we take, the standards we follow, and the people you can reach when something does not work the way it should. We will continue to learn, to listen, and to improve.
Standards & Conformance
We aim for our website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities — including limitations in vision, hearing, mobility, cognition, and combinations thereof.
We also work to align our practices with applicable U.S. accessibility laws, including Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and, where relevant to our operations, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Our internal review process is designed to identify barriers across both online and in-store experiences, and to address them on a continuing basis.
Accessibility Features of Our Website
Our digital boutique has been designed and developed with the following features in mind. While no single page or product is ever truly "finished," these are the standards we hold ourselves to:
Designed for Every Visitor
- Full keyboard navigation Every menu, link, button, and form field can be reached and operated using only the Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, and arrow keys — no mouse required.
- Screen reader compatibility We use semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and clear landmark regions so that screen readers can announce content in a meaningful order.
- Visible focus indicators Interactive elements display a clear visual outline when focused, so keyboard users always know where they are on the page.
- Descriptive alt text Meaningful images — product photography, lookbooks, editorial features — include written descriptions. Decorative imagery is hidden from assistive technology so it does not interrupt the reading experience.
- Sufficient color contrast Body text, headings, and interface controls are tested to meet or exceed WCAG AA contrast ratios so they remain readable in varied lighting.
- Resizable text up to 200% You may zoom or enlarge text without breaking layouts or losing content or functionality.
- Captions and transcripts Video content is captioned, and audio content is offered with text transcripts wherever possible.
- Reduced-motion support If your device requests reduced motion, we honor that preference and minimize non-essential animation across the site.
Accessibility in Our Physical Boutiques
Our boutiques are designed to be calm, welcoming environments where every guest is invited to take their time. We aim to ensure that the experience of visiting in person is as gracious and accessible as the one online.
- Step-free, wheelchair-accessible entrances Where building structure allows, our entrances are level or ramped. Our team is happy to assist with doors and provide alternative routes when needed.
- Accessible interior layouts Aisles, viewing areas, and seating accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility devices.
- Accessible restrooms Available at locations where on-site facilities are present.
- Service animals are welcome Trained service animals are warmly welcomed in all of our boutiques in accordance with the ADA.
- Accessible parking Designated parking is available at participating locations and at most shared shopping centers.
- Personal assistance on request Need help reading a tag, viewing a piece, completing a form, or navigating the boutique? Simply ask — or call ahead and we will arrange dedicated support for your visit.

- Screen readersNVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), and TalkBack (Android).
- Voice recognition softwareIncluding Dragon NaturallySpeaking and the voice-control features built into modern operating systems.
- Keyboard-only navigationFor customers who do not use a mouse or pointing device.
- Browser zoom and text enlargementIncluding operating-system-level magnification tools.
- High-contrast and reduced-motion modesSystem-level preferences are detected and respected.
Ongoing Efforts & Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is a practice, not a checkbox. Our work in this area includes:
- Periodic accessibility auditsConducted by both internal teams and independent specialists.
- User testing with people with disabilitiesReal customers, real feedback, integrated into how we build and revise.
- Staff trainingOur digital, retail, and customer-care teams receive guidance on inclusive design and respectful service.
- Accessibility considered at design stageNew features, collections, and campaigns are reviewed for accessibility before they launch.
Known Limitations & Areas Under Improvement
We believe in being candid. Despite our best efforts, parts of our experience may not yet meet our own standards. Areas we are actively working on include:
- Older archival contentSome legacy editorial pieces and lookbook archives may not yet have full alt text or transcripts. We are remediating these progressively.
- Embedded interactive mediaCertain 360-degree product viewers and immersive try-on experiences are being rebuilt with improved accessibility support.
- PDF documentsA small number of older brochures and care guides exist as untagged PDFs. Accessible alternatives are available on request.
If you encounter a barrier we have not listed, please tell us. Your feedback genuinely shapes our priorities.
Third-Party Content
Some experiences on our website rely on third-party providers — including payment processors, shipping calculators, customer review platforms, live-chat tools, and embedded social-media content. These services maintain their own accessibility standards, which may differ from ours.
We carefully select partners who share our values, and we advocate for accessibility within those relationships. If you experience difficulty completing a purchase, viewing a third-party widget, or interacting with embedded content, please contact us directly — we will help you complete your request through an alternative channel.
Alternative Formats & Assistance Requests
We are pleased to provide product information, receipts, certificates of authenticity, care instructions, and other documentation in alternative formats on request. This may include:
- Large printDocuments reformatted in enlarged, high-contrast type.
- Plain-text or accessible PDFFor use with screen readers and refreshable braille displays.
